Punk enthusiasts were out in force on Saturday to enjoy to The Posies front man Ken Stringfellow's band The Disciplines at The Comet Tavern. For fans of The Posies, this show did not dissappoint. The Disciplines delivered a raw punk sound with the seasoned performance of o-so-cool pro, Stringfellow. The Cute Lepers opened the show, with front man Steve E. Nix, formerly of The Briefs, bringing the Seattle scenesters out for a night of kick-ass rock-n-roll and even managing to attract a socialite or two down from the penthouse to enjoy the evening.

Michelle Quisenberry, of Volterra Restaurant, enjoyed the Pilchuck Gala the night before, while her Bestie Sarah Elizabeth, spent her Friday evening at The Henry admiring Robert Mapplethorp's polaroids—these girls know how to spend a weekend—joining the dirty birdies on The Hill late Saturday night. Drinks at Tavern Law before the show, with sweaty Xs and Os to the cool the kids at The Comet
