The party to attend at Tales of the Cocktail New Orleans 2009 had to be "Mischief in the Garden", hosted by Sauza Hornitos. The event was jam-packed with NOLA's swankiest clubbers, along with Seattle’s Celebrity Chef Kathy Casey and Food Studios Chef Cameo McRoberts.

The VIP lounge was manned with Celebrity Mixologists Bobby G and Philip Raimondo. They shook up some tasty libations: strawberry-basil and spicy cucumber and jalapeno margaritas - with, of course, Sauza Hornitos!

The space was hot... without the heat. Inside a warehouse made to look like the garden of a "Gone With the Wind" style mansion, the DJ kept the music pumping while some “mischievous” dancing ladies kept the crowd moving. 

While Tales itself was a party, the nightlife could not be outdone. The best drink slingers in the industry set up shop in some of the French Quarter's finest cocktail lounges, delivering classic cocktails to a mass of who's-who of the cocktail world. Cocktail luminaries Keith Waldbauer, Jim Romdall and Rockey Yeh from Vessel, Seattle's own super cool cocktail lounge, were seen stirring up all kinds of libatious trouble.
