Michelle Quisenberry, photographed at the Volterra booth located in The Alley, hosted by Tom Douglas, is one of Seattle's fabulous women. She can be found at a variety of fund raisers, fashion shows and parties with the best of Seattle's social scene.

The Tom Douglas Alley at Bite of Seattle was visited by 1,800 people on Friday, 2,800 people on Saturday and 2,200 people on Sunday, an outstanding attendance. The Alley included a multi-course meal of tastes from a selection of the area's best restaurants.

Michelle Quisenberry's Ballard restaurant Volterra has participated in The Alley every year since opening and donates 100 percent to the cause. This year, they served a fantastic lamb sandwich- fennel scented, roasted lamb on a rosemary roll with olive tapenade and fava bean aioli.

Proceeds from The Alley benefit Food Lifeline, the largest non-profit food distribution organization in Washington dedicated to hunger relief. Food Lifeline serves 550,000 hungry people each year.
